CNC machining is the most important post process of aluminum castings. We are well aware of the importance of machining to the further development of the foundry, so we have equipped CNC machining workshop at the beginning to provide one-stop service for customers, so that customers can obtain products with less time and lower cost.
Equipped with 13 sets of CNC machines(3 sets of high-speed CNC machines), 2 sets of mirror spark EDM machine, Rex is able to provide a full range of CNC machining services including CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, boring, drilling, tapping, reaming and inspection.
From the very beginning, we plan the whole production sequence properly and integrate all resources to ensure the seamless connection of the whole production process, without wasting any time and extra cost.
All our machined parts are inspected to ensure that the machined part meets the technical requirements. Our testing instruments include vernier calipers, internal and external micrometers, pass gauges, stop gauges, depth gauges, height gauges, roughness testers, etc., to ensure that the components meet the customer's precision requirements.
